No missed
deadlines

A3.Lawyer manages the contracts, pre-trial claims, court cases and powers of attorney of a legal department. Deadlines are created from documents, calculated by country rules in the court’s time zone and send reminders in advance.

  • Five countries out of the box
  • 3,460 courts in the directory
  • No paid seats for requesters

One route from assignment to recovery

A business assignment, contract, obligation, claim and case are linked to each other. Data moves forward without re-entry, and deadlines are created at every step.

All features

No contract goes to signing without a check

Before sending to A3.EDM, the system checks what is usually checked from memory. If something is wrong, the contract stops, and the check can be overridden only with a permission and a justification.

How the check works
  1. Counterparty

The A3.Trust verdict, risk level, restrictions and stop list are visible before approval.

  2. Signatory

Our signatory’s power of attorney is checked as of the signing date: authority, term and revocation.

  3. Contract risks

A checklist stop condition blocks sending, and warnings are shown to the lawyer.

A contract moves through a transparent process

Assign

The requester creates an assignment with a document type, a deadline and materials.

Prepare

The lawyer builds the contract from a template of the right jurisdiction and the clause library.

Approve

The route is chosen by conditions, and the counterparty approves the text by link.

Monitor

Signing creates obligations, renewal deadlines and reminders.

What a dispute actually brought in

A won case and money received are different events. A3.Lawyer shows both and calculates what the dispute actually brought in.

  1. ClaimedPre-trial claimPrincipal debt, penalty, interest and losses separately, penalty at the central bank rate
  2. AwardedInstancesThe result of each instance, the appeal period from the date the judgment is received
  3. ReceivedEnforcement proceedingsThe writ of execution, its submission deadline and incoming payments
  4. ExpensesCase cardEight expense types, marked when claimed for recovery

Net case result

Analytics across all cases shows the gap between awarded and received amounts and the share of claims settled out of court. Amounts are calculated separately for each currency.
