Court cases and recovery
A case keeps the whole history of the dispute, and its outcome is counted in money: the amount claimed, the amount awarded, expenses and money actually received.
Where available:“Litigation” module

What’s inside
- Our role, court, judge, dispute category, amount claimed, probability of success and loss reserve.
- Instances with results. The date a judgment is received creates a critical appeal deadline.
- Hearings in person, by video or in writing in the court’s time zone, with participants, a preparation checklist and outcomes. A postponed hearing recalculates deadlines.
- Procedural documents and evidence with text extraction from files.
- Expenses of eight types, marked when claimed for recovery.
- Enforcement: the writ of execution, its submission deadline, payments and the amount actually recovered.
- Economic result: amount claimed, awarded, expenses, received and the net result.
- A directory of 3,460 courts in five countries, judges, dispute categories and outcome statistics by court.
FAQ
Where do we get a list of courts?
A directory of 3,460 courts in Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Mongolia ships with the product. Courts of other countries are added manually.
How is the awarded amount different from the received one?
The court sets the awarded amount, and enforcement shows the received one. The case card shows both and the net result after expenses.
Do we need the litigation module if we have few disputes?
The module is paid separately and has its own term. If there are no court cases, the base subscription covers contract work without it.
