What the price is made of
Limits change by purchasing in A3.ID, not through product settings. When the capacity runs out, the product stops creating new records, and existing data remains available.
- Paid seats
- A seat is taken by a lawyer, the head of legal and an administrator. Requesters and approvers do not take seats.
- Active contracts
- Terminated and not concluded contracts take no capacity.
- Court cases
- A completed case takes no capacity.
- Storage
- Scans, assignment attachments and case files.
- AI and monitoring requests
- A balance, not a limit: each request uses one unit, and the balance is topped up with packages.
Modules are added separately
Each module has its own payment term. A module is switched on when there is work for it and is not paid for while it is not needed.

Questions about payment
Where is the subscription paid?
In A3.ID, the single account of the A3 ecosystem. The product itself has no payment form: it shows the subscription contents, limit usage and a link to purchase.
Can we start without modules?
Yes. The base subscription covers contract work, deadlines and registries. Claim work, litigation, AI, number check and API modules are added when there is work for them.
Do we pay for business requesters?
No. Paid seats are taken only by lawyers, the head of legal and administrators. Requesters, approvers and external counterparties work without a paid seat.
What happens if a limit runs out?
The product stops creating new records beyond the limit and shows which capacity is used up. All existing contracts, cases and deadlines remain available.
In which country is the data stored?
The storage region is chosen when the organization registers: Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan or Mongolia. It does not change after registration.
