API and webhooks
An accounting system or CRM learns the contract status and deadlines without manual requests to a lawyer, and legal decisions stay in the product.

What’s inside
- Methods: contract list and status, deadline events, creating a document from a template, creating a claim.
- An API key is issued in a legal entity and sees only its data, with separate permissions for amounts and for creating documents.
- Webhooks for 14 events: contract status, taking effect, signing, expiry and termination, deadlines, overdue obligation, claims, hearings and instance result.
- HMAC signature in the X-A3-Signature header, a delivery log with retries and a test event.
- Through the API you cannot approve, sign or change the status of a contract: legally significant decisions are made by the lawyer.
FAQ
Can we get confidential contracts through the API?
No. Access to confidential materials is granted to a specific person, and an API key has no identity to check it against.
Is the API included in the base subscription?
No, the public API and webhooks are a separate module.
