Pre-trial claim work
A claim is created from a breached obligation, the response deadline runs from delivery, and if the claim is rejected, it becomes a court case in one action.

What’s inside
- Incoming and outgoing claims, eight statuses.
- Principal debt, penalty, interest and losses are tracked separately.
- Dispatch method: post, courier, email, A3.EDM or in person. Dispatch and delivery are recorded separately.
- The response deadline runs from delivery and expires in the recipient’s time zone.
- Penalty: an amount or percentage per day, the central bank key rate, a fixed fine or manual calculation, with a preview.
- A key rate calculation is split into periods at every rate change and at the year boundary.
- Central bank rates of Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Mongolia are loaded daily.
- Before going to court, the system checks the mandatory stages, deadlines and document set, and “Create a case” transfers the data to the case card.
FAQ
What rate is the penalty calculated at?
The method is chosen in the claim: an amount per day, a percentage per day, the central bank key rate, a fixed fine or manual entry. Rates of five countries are loaded daily, and for other countries rate periods are entered manually.
Is claim work included in the base subscription?
No, it is a separate module. Companies without claims do not pay for it.
